**Hotel Booking Section:** We are actively building a hotel booking section within the Loveafy app. Once launched, this section will allow you to search for and book accommodation directly through our platform. Please note that when using the booking section, Loveafy will act as an intermediary, and additional terms and conditions from the specific hotel or booking partner will apply to your reservations.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with our AI and when making any bookings.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Not use the Service to generate or promote illegal, harmful, or defamatory content.
• Acknowledge that all bookings, safety, and personal conduct during your travels are your sole responsibility, even when facilitated through the Loveafy booking section.

4. Payment Information and Security

Loveafy is free to use for AI-powered travel planning. When the hotel booking section becomes available, you may choose to save payment card details for convenience in making future bookings. These details will be securely stored by our trusted payment processing partners. While Loveafy facilitates the transmission of these details for your **explicitly authorized transactions**, Loveafy will never charge your saved card without your direct and specific consent for each transaction. You retain full control over when and how your saved payment methods are used.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to the Loveafy name, logo, software, and AI models, are and will remain the exclusive property of Loveafy and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or its content without our explicit written permission.
